Hi Paul

I've just been reading about your days in the sun - lucky you, it's a shame they weren't totally pain free though. I haven't used Boswellia but had a quick look and read that it can increase the blood flow to joint tissues and can prevent the breakdown of connective tissue, so could be worth a try. Let's be honest anything that helps - even just a bit - is worth a try as long as it doesn't interfere with meds!

If you do give it a go let us know how you get on
